We’re not just a business — we’re a family.

Jean Tanner

A woman with short black hair sitting at a table with a drink, wearing a black and white animal print turtleneck sweater, smiling at the camera in a cozy decorated room.

Our mom and the heart of BoKo. She came to the U.S. from South Korea in the 1970s. She became a realtor in 1989, and has spent decades helping people buy and sell homes.

Her deep understanding of the local market and personal care for clients inspire everything we do.

Meet the team

A young boy wearing Mickey Mouse ears and a gray jacket stands next to an adult man in black clothing at Disneyland. The Disneyland train station is visible in the background with a floral Mickey Mouse face on the lawn.

Peter Martin

With experience as both a loan officer and a broker since 1998, Peter has managed hundreds of successful transactions. His sharp eye for value and negotiating skills make sure every deal is fair and smooth.

A woman with long dark hair, wearing large sunglasses and a black shirt, is smiling and surrounded by two children. A boy in a red Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles shirt is standing behind her, and a young girl in a pink striped shirt with a strawberry pattern is in her arms, both kids are smiling and pointing. They are on a balcony with scenic hills, trees, and a distant view of the coast in the background.

That’s me! Before BoKo, I worked in the tech industry, specializing in data analysis and strategic growth. Now, I bring that same data-driven approach to real estate — spotting trends, pricing accurately, and finding opportunities to maximize returns.
